Long Day Care

Conon Road Kindergarten is open from 7.00 am to 6.00 pm each day. Your child is welcomed by our regular and familiar educators which ensures a calm and relaxed transition.

If you are dropping off your younger child (LDC) with your before school child (BSC), your morning journey will become less stressful ( one drop off) with the comfort of knowing your children are together.

Your child/ren will enjoy breakfast and then weather permitting, outside play and child led activities. One of our routines is to feed and collect the eggs from the chooks and catch up with our bunny.

Once the before school children have left for school, your child will have a selection of activities to choose from including building blocks, sensory and table top activities. Kindy and pre kindy children are dropped off and come together to enjoy a fun packed day. This feeds into our Kindy/pre-kindy program.

During the afternoon, the pre-kindy and kindy session children leave and your child will enjoy playing outside with their peers.. Once the after school children have arrived back at the centre, Your child will sit with the other younger children and enjoy a yummy afternoon tea. The rest of the afternoon is centred around child led activities and group play. Activities include beading, soccer, cooking, games, painting and craft. Our multi-age group approach encourages all the children to enjoy time together, while engaging in a supervised and supporting environment.

Learn. Play. Grow.

Nature & Play
Based Learning

Have your children explore their environment, experiment with new ideas, and find solutions to problems with our Play-Based Learning. Play is an essential part of early childhood development. It provides a fun and stimulating way for children to learn about the world around them. In a play-based learning setting, children are free to explore, experiment, and play in a safe and supportive environment.

Before and After School Program

Keep your kids safe and engaged when they’re not in school. After spending a long day at school, children welcome the change in surroundings, which supports their wellbeing through providing a relaxed and secure environment away from school pressures. As most of the school day is inside learning, we spend most of our time outside.
School holiday Care For Kids

School Holiday Care

During the school holidays we provide care for children from 2 to 12 years old.  We take children from out of area as well as Manning and St Pius Primary schools.

We have programs for both the younger and older children.  We provide activities, incursions, and excursions.

Flexible Sessions

Need childcare that doesn’t fit the standard Monday to Friday, 9 to 5 schedule? No problem! At our kindergarten, flexible sessions are tailored to meet your family’s specific needs, whether that means enrolling for only a few days a week, choosing different start and end times, or combining different types of sessions.

What Parents Think About Us

Parents are always our best critics when it comes to our childcare services. They know what their children need and what kind of care they should receive while they’re away from home. We always appreciate honest feedback from our parents, because it helps us to improve our services and make sure we’re providing the best possible care for their children.
